Couldnt sell my shoes, but the service made up for it.

I downloaded this app with the hope of selling a pair of shoes that didnt fit me. To my surprise (and disappointment), the shoes I wanted to sell were rejected because they were counterfeit. While this certainly put me off, the exceptional service that the employees at Flip provided more than made up for it.

They very clearly laid out why my shoes had been rejected in an incredibly respectful and straightforward manner, and even went so far as to personally call me to help me figure out what to do with the shoes. Thats a level of service that is worth talking about.
