Won a pair of Nike misplaced checks for a steal. The person selling them decided they did not want to sell them for that price so they said that the product was no longer for sale 4 hours after I had already won the auction. I tried to reach flip customer service several times through email and never got a response or explanation of why I did not receive the shoes I won. This app needs to address a few issues before it can be considered relevant. You can start with customer service flip.

Dope app. Good idea. However, new version crashes when you click "notify me". Please fix this bug.

This is a extremely cool app! Its super fun and in my case useful. It seems a lot safer then E-bay but a lot more fun than Amazon!

Its an ok app, theres a lot of things that need to improve. I came across a couple of fake items on this app that sellers were selling as new shoes, authentic, where when I got the shoes after I won the bid were fake. The devs dont check the shoes and the buyer has to go through the hassle of proving to flip why their fake and send the shoes back with your own money which you dont get reimbursed for. App claims its mission is to allow people to pick up grails at a fair price. Yet when they list an item, they increase the auction time to whatever they want if they feel the current bids are too low to sell. I was bidding on an item with 59min left and next time I checked it was increased to 21 hours Whats the point of having a auction with a starting price selected by them then if they can just keep increasing the auction time. Wack and waste of time. They also wont solve your buying/selling issues unless you constantly email them with reminders.

Bought and sold shoes on here with no prob.. Smooth and secure transactions.. Good follow ups and good communication which is key to building trust in the shoe game.. Def recommend this app for any sneaker head like myself!

It is a good app that supports a very cool concept of auctioning. It is easy and simple to use, and is run by a very friendly and helpful customer service team. It is great to use if youre looking to sell a limited release like Yeezys, for a lot of money, or if youre just trying to get rid of some of your collection. Either way they will be purchased, whether its a bidder, or Flips guarantee sale price. I have both bought and sold on the app and everything has gone smoothly. I am excited to see the additional features they add in the future!

Seems like theres fakes on this site, they dont seem to screen their sellers very well. There have been so many yeezys that are taken with low quality pictures so its hard to tell authenticity. Also they give you only 2 days to return if theres an "issue" which sounds fishy. And also, theres barely any shoes ever on auction. Its literally all supreme stickers, I feel like Kobe shirts, a couple yeezys here and there. Youre better off using eBay.
