Well made app but no accountability.

Won a pair of Nike misplaced checks for a steal. The person selling them decided they did not want to sell them for that price so they said that the product was no longer for sale 4 hours after I had already won the auction. I tried to reach flip customer service several times through email and never got a response or explanation of why I did not receive the shoes I won. This app needs to address a few issues before it can be considered relevant. You can start with customer service flip.
