Takes 2 days to review to just tell u they wont accept youre shoes. They dont like accepting used shoes even in pristine condition

Got a pair of nmd runners of the app. Afterwards, I was able to talk to the owner of the site, Kemar one on one. He aided with the figuring out of logistics and shipping details. This is a service that truly cares and a service that genuinely cares about creating the best possible buying experience of its customers, keep doing what youre doing.

No timetable on when your shoes will be reviewed after submission. No sense of listing price. No communication when shoe status changes Not enough shoes for auction, in two weeks there was one shoe in my size 13. Dont waste your time. The all creator will email back and forth which is ok I guess, but when you have a million problems you better be good at customer service

I downloaded this app with the hope of selling a pair of shoes that didnt fit me. To my surprise (and disappointment), the shoes I wanted to sell were rejected because they were counterfeit. While this certainly put me off, the exceptional service that the employees at Flip provided more than made up for it. They very clearly laid out why my shoes had been rejected in an incredibly respectful and straightforward manner, and even went so far as to personally call me to help me figure out what to do with the shoes. Thats a level of service that is worth talking about. Download this app. Its worth it. Shoutout to Kemar for being so awesome.

I just recently downloaded the app and I must say it is a game changer. Never before have I seen a shoe app with this type of aesthetic. This app is easy to use. I was able to buy sneakers that I didnt even know still existed. Its a good place to see whats going on in the sneaker marketplace and what items are trading for.

This is the greatest resell sneaker app on the market! I tried other apps but this one tops them all. Here are a few reasons why. 1) AMAZING customer service. When I emailed FLIP about a question I had regarding the app, the Founder PERSONALLY reached out to me BY PHONE!! That is completely unheard of. 2) It is resellers dream because all auctions are guaranteed to sell! 3) They have a great selection of exclusive sneakers that I cannot find anywhere. Its the new addiction for us sneaker heads! Flip found a way to bring the marketplace where I spend a lot time to my iPhone. I can find exclusive kicks in a trusted and secure environment. I cant seem to open the app I just downloaded this app and it doesnt even open please fix it
